My Pc-paint work of a begging woman.
This is the typical Indian style of begging.Though India has attained growth in several field,this pitiful situation still exists in India.Whether it is metros or villages,beggers are well spread.
Who is responsible?.Offcourse each and every citizen is responsible.Can India overcome this problem?.Yup,it is possible if and only if the present dirty political condition changes.Its in the hands of youngsters.Think!
